We Are Currently Seeking Qualified Candidates for The Following Positions

  • DIRECTOR

    Directors are responsible for advising executives and investment professionals about key strategic issues concerning their business and prospective acquisition targets.  A Director will execute an engagement from tooth-to-tail, from providing clients a scope of work, to conducting primary market research, developing complex financial models and providing strategic guidance through the completion of a client deliverable.  As a mid-career professional, a Director is expected to bring significant existing industry expertise in our markets and experience managing and mentoring teams.

    Required Qualifications

    • MBA or master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or engineering
    • Prior supervisory consulting, investment banking, or other advisory experience in our served markets
    • Demonstrated ability to operate independently while structuring and delivering strategy, M&A due diligence, and / or operational improvement engagements
    • Deep subject matter expertise across government services, defense products, commercial aviation, space or related technology A&D sectors
    • Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex quantitative analysis
    • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
    • Must have the ability to occasionally travel locally and throughout the U.S. based on project and client needs
    • Advanced skills with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
    • Must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident


    Additional Desired Experience

    • 8+ years of relevant experience as a proactive, hands-on consultant or similar role in a corporation
    • CFA, CPA, or CVA certifications
    • Demonstrated past success in business development and client outreach
  • MANAGER

    Managers are expected to drive insightful analysis and solutions around business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and operational performance improvement engagements.  Managers work effectively at all levels of a client’s organization providing objective advice based on thorough analysis and understanding of markets, and company-specific strategy and financial analysis.

    Required Qualifications

    • MBA or master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or engineering
    • 4+ years of post graduate experience in consulting, financial services, or in a corporate strategy role with responsibilities that include market sizing, financial modeling and industry competitive analysis
    • Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: government services, defense products, commercial aviation, space or related technology A&D sectors
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients at all levels of an organization
    • Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex quantitative analysis
    • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
    • Must have the ability to occasionally travel locally and throughout the U.S. based on project and client needs
    • Advanced skills with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
    • Must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident


    Additional Desired Experience

    • Undergraduate degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or international relations
    • Prior consulting and / or other advisory experience in strategic planning, M&A transactions, accounting, finance, and / or execution of process improvement initiatives
    • Experience and detailed understanding of process benchmarking, cost analysis and financial and operational reporting (P/L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow), and change management
  • SENIOR ASSOCIATE

    Senior Associates work independently or as part of a team to supplement or lead market and company analysis. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated industry expertise in one or more of Arena’s practice areas or markets, coupled with superior quantitative backgrounds, analytical creativity, and qualitative skills necessary to solve difficult problems and present solutions to clients.

    Required Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or international relations from a top tier university with strong academic achievement
    • Candidate must have 4+ years of relevant post-undergraduate experience in one or more of the following relevant industries: consulting, investment banking, government service or defense and aerospace corporations, government or military organizations
    • Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex quantitative analysis
    • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
    • Must have the ability to occasionally travel locally and throughout the U.S. based on project and client needs
    • Advanced skills with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
    • Must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident


    Additional Desired Experience

    • MBA from a top tier academic institution
    • Undergraduate degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or international relations
